Most of this black rhinos live in Ol Pajeta Ranch. Traveling to Lakipia in Kenya gives the opportunity to the tourists to have glimpses of Lewa Wildlife Conservancy which has the highest number of elephants which has come from Lakipia North to the Samburu Highlands during the rainy season. This conservancy is well protected from all corners. It is interesting to note that how the animals interact so freely among each other.
There is also another ranch situated on the Lakipia Plateau, which lies between Mount Kenya, and the Great Rift Valley is fully owned by a family of Kenya. At an huge altitude of around 6000 square feet, the climate is presentable and picturous. The scenery is lovely with savannah and bush land, with hills and rivers moving in a disorderly fashion.
The travelers during their travel to Lakipia, will witness the area well inhabited by varieties of wildlife, with around 400 are of birds and around 70 are other breeds of animals. In El Karama, there are at least 70 local peoples of various tribal groups, who play a vital role in proper functioning of the forest range.
